Types of Atheists (by George Yancy)

Hello Everyone !!!

The 6 Types of Atheists :

1. The Intellectual/ Agnostic :--
Sees himself as intellectually too advanced for religion and seeks to engage with other like-minded individuals.

2. The Activist :--
Proactively works for issues connected to naturalist/ humanist causes.

3. The Seeker-Agnostic :--
Considers the metaphysical a possibility, but is comfortable with uncertainty as it concerns the interaction of science and the metaphysical.

4. The Anti-theist :--
Believes the religion to be evil, thus actively works against religion and its influences.

5. The Non-theist :--
He does not have much interest in religious concepts.

6. The Ritual Atheist/ Agnostic :--
Does not have other-worldly beliefs but regularly attends a religious ceremony, finding that this meets some social or psychological needs.

The Concept of Mlecchas in Hinduism

 Hello Everyone !!! In Vedic era India, all alien cultures that were less civilized were termed as "Mlecchas" or barbarians. They were unknown to the Vedic culture, not versed in Sanskrit and were out of the Bharatvarsha. King Bhoja (1,010-1,015 AD) established Languages for the 4 Varnas : Brahmins - Sanskrit Kshatriya - Sanskrit Vaishya - Sanskrit Shudras - Prakrit Mlecchas mentioned in Scriptures : The 5 Mleccha tribes - Kirata, Pulindasa, Indo-Greek, Scythians, Kushanas. ( Amar Kosha, 814 AD) This tribe was born from the tail of Nandini (celestial cow). They are dwellers of hills and mountains, of fierce eyes, conversant with deceptive powers of the Asuras.   ( Mahabharata 7.92) Mentioned in several verses of Srimad Bhagvatam and Chaitanya Charitamrita . According to the text Bhavishya Purana , there are 4 Mleccha languages . In this way, there are 4-million kinds of other languages.
