1. What is Mind Control ?
  • The ability to concentrate at will.
  • The ability of getting detached at will
  • To be free from involuntary and compulsive thinking
  • According to Lord Krishna, mind control is difficult but possible.
2. The 4 Stimulus Response :
    a) Self-awareness
    b) Imagination
    c) Conscience
    d) Independent will

3. The Road-map for Controlling the Mind :
  • Develop a strong will to control the mind
  • Understand the nature of mind
  • Learn techniques and practice
4. Why do Mind Control :    
  • Better concentration
  • Peace of mind and happiness
  • Integration of personality
  • Improvement in quality of work
  • Courage to face difficulties
  • Good physical and mental health
  • Excellent human relations at home and work-place.
5. Mind control is personal task.

6. Pleasure :
  • Renounce pleasure as the motive of life for perfect mind-control.
  • Pleasure is not joy
  • Seek pleasure, but in a way which will not spoil our physical or mental health.
7. Attitude for Easy Mind Control : (by Sage Patanjali)
  • Friendliness towards the happy
  • Compassion towards the unhappy
  • Delight in the good
  • Indifference to the evil.
