Exhibited by people who are professionally or vocationally creative though not necessarily eminent. 

4. Big-C :-- 
Creativity considered great in the given field.

The Explicit-Implicit Interaction (EII) Theory : (by Helie & Sun)

#) The 5 Basic Principles :--
1. The co-existence of and difference between explicit and implicit knowledge.
2. The simultaneous involvement of explicit and implicit  processes in most tasks.
3. The redundant representation of explicit and implicit  knowledge.
4. The integration of the results of explicit and implicit knowledge.
5. The iterative processing.

Creativity and Positive Affects Relations :

1. Makes additional cognitive material available for processing, increasing the number of cognitive elements available for association.

2. Leads to de-focused attention and a more complex cognitive context, increasing breadth of those elements that are treated as relevant to problem.

3. Increases cognitive flexibility, increasing the probability that diverse cognitive elements will in fact become associated.

4. Invest--      short-term goals

1. Idea generation-- Fluency, originality, incubation and illumination.
2. Personality-- Curiosity, tolerance for ambiguity
3. Motivation-- Intrinsic, extrinsic, achievement 
4. Confidence-- Producing, sharing, implementing.
