3. As the seeker progresses in meditation, he perceives divine radiance appearing in 4 different colors :--
    a) Red-- Waking
    b) White-- Dreaming
    c) Black-- Deep sleep
    d) Blue-- Supra-casual

4. Supra-casual State :--
    a) Experience of the Self
    b) Obliteration of the Ego
    c) Non-dualism of the Consciousness

5. According to Sri Avdhoot Baba Nityanand :--
    a) Bindu --
  • Scintillating blue dot.
  • Experienced in deep meditation
  • Appears in the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara Chakra)
  • Size of a sesame seed but contains the entire Universe !!
  • Spiritual counterpart of the God Particle.
    b) The real heart is beyond body and senses and is accessed through the Crown Chakra.

    c) The spiritual sky is a 3-point Triangle --
  • Seat of the Supreme Being and the abode of Shakti        
  • It comprises of light, vibration and sound.
  • Manifestation of Omkara from that sound.
