  • Long hectic work shifts, no overtime allowances.
  • No housing allowances provided, little access to safe, clean and affordable housing.
  • Long procedure for medical leaves.
  • Untimely salary payment.
  • Outdated and inadequate equipment, poor training provided.
  • No avenues for promotion.
  • Lack of recognition for good work.
  • Corruption in police department.
