The Butt-stroke Techniques :

 Horizontal, vertical, forward strike, downward strike, downward cut, side-blow.

Butt-stroke Vulnerable Spots :

 Head, face, neck, torso, kidneys, groin.

The Essential Principles :

  • The 3-fold doctrine :--
          a) To strike from as far out as possible.
          b) To strike as quickly as possible.
          c) To strike with best weapon available.

  • The 3 conditions :-- 
          Effectiveness, simplicity, speed.

The 6 Principles of Unarmed Combat :

 1. Aggression
2. Balance
3. Continuity of attack
4. Leverage
5. Speed
6. Surprise
