The 5 Principles of Unarmed Defense

Hii Everyone !!!

Self defense is a vast topic to discuss which encompasses various aspects.
Here I am mentioning certain principles of the unarmed defense.

The 5 Principles :

1. Maintain balance

2. Use of internal oblique muscles. They are located in the center of the body in the lower abdomen between the hip bones.

3. The ability to utilise an opponent's momentum to bring about his downfall.

4. Attack the opponent on the spot where he is the weakest with the greatest amount of power possible.

5. The knowledge of the "major and minor operation".
The "major operation" means either getting out of danger or getting the essential part of a hold.
The "minor operation" is the application of the pressure.
