The Chinese Martial Art of Snake Kung Fu

Hello Everyone !!!
  • The Snake is one of the animals imitated in Yang family of Taijiquan, Baguazhang and Xingyiquan.
  • Northern Style :--
          I) Snake is one of the archetypal "Five Animals" of the Chinese marital arts.
          II) Snake style generally aims for weak points of the human body.

  • Southern Style :--
          I) The 5 sub-sets are Golden Snake, Green Bamboo Viper, King Cobra, Shadow Snake and                      Water Snake.
          II) There is also an obscure Southern snake style (Southern Shaolin + Choi Gar) of                                   Grandmaster Leung Tin Chu.
