The Internal Enemies of Humans

According to Hindu scriptures, there are 6 internal enemies of humans, also called Shad-ripus, which can lead to fall of human values and character. 

These are related to the sins of the mind and heart.

The 6 Internal Enemies (Shad-ripus) :

  1. Lust
  2. Greed
  3. Anger
  4. Arrogance
  5. Attachment
  6. Covetousness
