It has 3 parts with 9 circles in each :

1. Inferno :--

  • Greed 
  • Anger
  • Heresy
  • Violence
  • Fraud
  • Treachery

2. Purgatory :--

  • Stubbornness 
  • Repentance
  • Pride
  • Envy
  • Wrath
  • Sloth
  • Avarice
  • Gluttony
  • Lust

3. Paradise :--

  • Moon (fortitude)
  • Mercury (justice)
  • Venus (temperance)
  • Sun (prudence)
  • Mars (fortitude)
  • Jupiter (justice)
  • Saturn (temperance)
  • Fixed stars (faith, hope, love)
  • Primum mobile (9 angels)
