The 5 Characteristics of Soul :

1. Form :--

Point of light energy.

2. Position :--

Center of forehead.

3. Role in relation with body :--

Animate, brings life, expresses itself and self-expression in relationship with others through the body.

4. Life-span :--

Eternal, imperishable

5. Nature :--

Power, love, truth etc.


The 3 Worlds/ Levels of Consciousness :

  1. Physical        (corporal)
  2. Subtle/ astral
  3. Soul              (incorporeal)
 

The 4 Methods of Karmic Account Settlement :

  1. Stop performing action in a state of body consciousness that is taking from others.
  2. Begin to repay outstanding debts by serving those souls with whom we have a karmic account.
  3. Meditate to establish direct link with the God to pass on to others through positive thoughts, good wishes and vibrations.
  4. Settlement of account through suffering of body or state of mind.

The Concept of Mlecchas in Hinduism

 Hello Everyone !!! In Vedic era India, all alien cultures that were less civilized were termed as "Mlecchas" or barbarians. They were unknown to the Vedic culture, not versed in Sanskrit and were out of the Bharatvarsha. King Bhoja (1,010-1,015 AD) established Languages for the 4 Varnas : Brahmins - Sanskrit Kshatriya - Sanskrit Vaishya - Sanskrit Shudras - Prakrit Mlecchas mentioned in Scriptures : The 5 Mleccha tribes - Kirata, Pulindasa, Indo-Greek, Scythians, Kushanas. ( Amar Kosha, 814 AD) This tribe was born from the tail of Nandini (celestial cow). They are dwellers of hills and mountains, of fierce eyes, conversant with deceptive powers of the Asuras.   ( Mahabharata 7.92) Mentioned in several verses of Srimad Bhagvatam and Chaitanya Charitamrita . According to the text Bhavishya Purana , there are 4 Mleccha languages . In this way, there are 4-million kinds of other languages.
