Shakti Chakra :

  • Its practice produces magnetic power in the eyes and helps build concentration.
  • To preserve the glow and magnetic power in the eyes, avoid non-vegetarian foods, intoxicants and negative emotions.
Tratak :

  • The process of concentrating gaze at a point without blinking and stopping all thoughts. It increases eye sight and concentration.
  • Sit in Sukhasana for its practice. Best time to practice is 4 am to sunrise. 
  • The 3 types of Tratak are Near, Distant and Inner Tratak.
Magnetic Power of Eyes :

  • A more powerful magnetic power is generated in the eyes of animals during danger. Their eyes shine in the dark due to magnetic waves.
  • The Prana and Ether are same powers but in different locations. Every void space is filled with Ether.
  • With control over Etheric power, incidents of past and future can be known.
  • The magnetic power is affected by the emotions. Input of positive thoughts  increases the magnetic power by increasing positive emotions.

The Concept of Mlecchas in Hinduism

 Hello Everyone !!! In Vedic era India, all alien cultures that were less civilized were termed as "Mlecchas" or barbarians. They were unknown to the Vedic culture, not versed in Sanskrit and were out of the Bharatvarsha. King Bhoja (1,010-1,015 AD) established Languages for the 4 Varnas : Brahmins - Sanskrit Kshatriya - Sanskrit Vaishya - Sanskrit Shudras - Prakrit Mlecchas mentioned in Scriptures : The 5 Mleccha tribes - Kirata, Pulindasa, Indo-Greek, Scythians, Kushanas. ( Amar Kosha, 814 AD) This tribe was born from the tail of Nandini (celestial cow). They are dwellers of hills and mountains, of fierce eyes, conversant with deceptive powers of the Asuras.   ( Mahabharata 7.92) Mentioned in several verses of Srimad Bhagvatam and Chaitanya Charitamrita . According to the text Bhavishya Purana , there are 4 Mleccha languages . In this way, there are 4-million kinds of other languages.
