Training for KO Strikes :

  • Practice hitting on heavy bags.
  • Use boxing gloves while training, so that you may not injure your hands.
  • Hold free-weights in hands while shadow-boxing. It increases the strength and stamina.
  • Do weight-training regularly. It is essential to maintain the strength, stamina, endurance and fitness at all times.
  • Practice punching as much as you can, so as to develop better power, techniques and fluidity.
