  • Firearms training
  • Focus on controlling the 6 body levers  (elbows, neck, knees, waist, ankles, shoulders) through pressure point application, striking and weapon application.
  • Systema is a lifestyle or "a system" which covers all aspects of life.


Principles :

I) Physical :--

  1. Continuity
  2. Form support
  3. Coupling of forces 
  4. Circles and spirals
  5. Work based on situation
  6. Any body part strike 
  7. No compulsory tactics
  8. Non-completeness of movements
  9. Breathing
  10. Changing positions
  11. Apply strong unto weak
  12. Wave
  13. Impulsiveness
  14. Working around or cutting the force
  15. Points of pain
  16. From any position any strike
  17. Economy of movements
  18. Pendulum movement
  19. Independence of movements
  20. Folding of movements
II) Psychological :--

  1. Do not be aggressive
  2. Use everything for victory
  3. Live in harmony
  4. It is not a weapon that works but the person
  5. Think, think, think
  6. There are no rules of how to work
  7. Fear and anger have their place and are necessary
  8. Fear should not disappear completely
  9. To slip away without breaking contact is the goal of combat
  10. No matter what you demonstrate, do not be afraid to seem funny or awkward.
  11. Everything has to be done with awareness and relaxation
  12. Perform work with least possible effort.
