2. Shleshma samudbhava :--
    Sleep due to excessive Kapha.

3. Manah-sharir-shrama-sambhav :--
    Sleep following exhaustion of mind and body.

4. Agantuki :--
    Unnatural sleep.

5. Ratri-svabhava prabhava :--
    Natural sleep

6. Vyadham-vartini :--
    Sleep due to diseased state.


The 3 Supportive Pillars :

1. Food
2. Regulated coitus
3. Sleep
