Human Body Energy Centres

In Hinduism, it is believed that there are 12 energy centers or Chakras in human body.
These are subtle centres and activated through various meditation and yogic techniques.

The Energy Centres are :
  • Main Chakras- 07
  • Prime nadis- 03 (Ida, Pingala, Sushumna)
  • Lalana chakra (Upper palate of mouth)
  • Ananda Kanda (Below the Heart Chakra)
