The Dune Universe Elements

Dune is a 1965 epic science fiction novel by American author Frank Herbert.

Dune is set in the distant future around 10,191 AD amidst a feudal interstellar society. 

It tells the story of young Paul Atreides, whose family accepts the stewardship of the planet Arrakis. While the planet is an inhospitable and sparsely populated desert wasteland, it is the only source of Melange, or "spice", a drug that extends life and enhances mental abilities. Melange is also necessary for space navigation, which requires a kind of multidimensional awareness and foresight that only the drug provides. As melange can only be produced on Arrakis, control of the planet is a coveted and dangerous undertaking. 

Fremen :

They are warrior survivalist tribal people of desert Arrakis.

The Concept of Mlecchas in Hinduism

They were unknown to the Vedic culture, not versed in Sanskrit and were out of the Bharatvarsha. According to the text Bhavishya Purana , there are 4 Mleccha languages . In this way, there are 4-million kinds of other languages.
