 Practical Techniques to get Free from Karma and Reincarnation Cycle : 
(Excerpts from "Coming Back")

 1. Always chant the Hare Krishna mantra.

2. Regularly study the Vedic scriptures.

3. Consume only "spiritualised" foods.

4. Give up non-veg foods and intoxicants.

5. Offer the fruit of your work to God.

  • Work must be performed for the satisfaction of God.
  • Perform work and duty as a devotional service.
  • Sacrifice the fruits of the work by contributing a portion of your earnings to help propagate words of Lord Krishna throughout the world.
  • Always earn the living by honest means.
6. Parents must raise their children by teaching them spiritual values also, apart from general parenting duties.

7. Avoid adultery.

8. Spend some time daily in company of spiritual people.

The Concept of Mlecchas in Hinduism

 Hello Everyone !!! In Vedic era India, all alien cultures that were less civilized were termed as "Mlecchas" or barbarians. They were unknown to the Vedic culture, not versed in Sanskrit and were out of the Bharatvarsha. King Bhoja (1,010-1,015 AD) established Languages for the 4 Varnas : Brahmins - Sanskrit Kshatriya - Sanskrit Vaishya - Sanskrit Shudras - Prakrit Mlecchas mentioned in Scriptures : The 5 Mleccha tribes - Kirata, Pulindasa, Indo-Greek, Scythians, Kushanas. ( Amar Kosha, 814 AD) This tribe was born from the tail of Nandini (celestial cow). They are dwellers of hills and mountains, of fierce eyes, conversant with deceptive powers of the Asuras.   ( Mahabharata 7.92) Mentioned in several verses of Srimad Bhagvatam and Chaitanya Charitamrita . According to the text Bhavishya Purana , there are 4 Mleccha languages . In this way, there are 4-million kinds of other languages.
