Qualities of a Perfectionist

Perfectionism, in psychology, is a broad personality trait characterized by a person's concern with striving for flawlessness and perfection and is accompanied by critical self-evaluations and concerns regarding others' evaluations.
It is best conceptualized as a multidimensional and multilayered personality characteristic, and initially some psychologists thought that there were many positive and negative aspects.
The Qualities of a Perfectionist are as below :
- Willingness to improvise and refine himself.
- Persistence in getting things right
- Put efforts to know the job as much as possible. Works more to let the mind get used to everything fast and accurate.
- The Thai work culture consists of "Sabai-Sabai", where you try your best and then just go with the flow. Whereas the Chinese ethics is dogged perseverance to achieve the objective at any cost.
- Toppers and bright students of school and college continuously look for ways to bring perfection in whatever they do, whether attendance, making notes, memorization, or concepts clearing. They certainly reach excellence, if not perfection.
