  • Be realist. Focus on practical & logical solutions.
  • Not discouraged by setbacks and mistakes. Learn from them & improve. 
  • Accept that external events not under our control & move on.

  • Masculinity meant spirit of violence & aggression. 
  • According to Hitler, Boxing could make children iron-hearted, strong & masculine.

  • Being responsible, committed, able to get things done. 
  • Samurai virtues such as self-control, duty, loyalty, self-sacrifice, mental and physical endurance, morality, courage, benevolence, honesty, honor.
