The Nazi Germany (1933-45)

Nazi Germany, officially known as the German Reich from 1933 until 1943, and the Greater German Reich from 1943 to 1945, was the German state between 1933 and 1945, when Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party controlled the country, transforming it into a dictatorship. 

Some facts about the Nazi army...

Soldiers Weapons :

Combat knife (Kampfmesser-42), S84/98 III knife, Seitengewehr-98 knife, flamethrower, MG, SMG, pistol.

Soldiers Backpack Contents :

Water, ration, med-kit, flashlight, KFS, hygiene kit, razor, sewing kit, compass, whistle, maps, candle, spare buttons, matchbox, lighter, L-hook, scissors, can-opener, pocket knife, notebook, pen, pencil.

Intoxicants used :

Some of the intoxicants and drugs used by the soldiers were alcohol, cocaine, heroin, meth, morphine, Pervitin, tobacco.

Wehrmacht ID :

Dog-tags, membership number.

The Waffen SS :

  • Height - 6'
  • Motto - "My Honor is Loyalty"
  • Trained in the arts of boxing, judo, wrestling, improvised weapons usage.

Luftwaffe Pilot Survival Kit :

It contained paddles, ration (dry fruits, dates, biscuits, sweets, orange fruit, chocolates), cigar, matches, Rum, compass, med-kit, dyes for signalling, flare-pistol, Clasp-knife.

SS Dagger :

  • An honour weapon of the SS of the Nazi Party (NSDAP) and an official sidearm of the SS-dress uniform used by all full members of the SS. 
  • Blade length - 13"
  • Inscribed with SS slogan, serial number and symbol of SS.

The Concept of Mlecchas in Hinduism

 Hello Everyone !!! In Vedic era India, all alien cultures that were less civilized were termed as "Mlecchas" or barbarians. They were unknown to the Vedic culture, not versed in Sanskrit and were out of the Bharatvarsha. King Bhoja (1,010-1,015 AD) established Languages for the 4 Varnas : Brahmins - Sanskrit Kshatriya - Sanskrit Vaishya - Sanskrit Shudras - Prakrit Mlecchas mentioned in Scriptures : The 5 Mleccha tribes - Kirata, Pulindasa, Indo-Greek, Scythians, Kushanas. ( Amar Kosha, 814 AD) This tribe was born from the tail of Nandini (celestial cow). They are dwellers of hills and mountains, of fierce eyes, conversant with deceptive powers of the Asuras.   ( Mahabharata 7.92) Mentioned in several verses of Srimad Bhagvatam and Chaitanya Charitamrita . According to the text Bhavishya Purana , there are 4 Mleccha languages . In this way, there are 4-million kinds of other languages.
