Close Combat Training Tips

The 3 Tips for Close Combat Training :

1. Change your mindset from victim to a fighter !!

2. Work on the Stamina :--

  • Training for some moves requires a lot of repetition so as to perfect it.
  • Some exercises to improve stamina are stair running, jogging, rope jump, jumping jacks etc.
3. The KISS Principle :--
KISS (Keep It Simple Silly) must be implemented all the time. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Focus on moves that will highlight speed and quickness. Use simple and direct moves.
