  • Liuhebafa is a Chinese martial art. 
  • Also known as the "Water Boxing", it is an internal martial art known to originate during the Song Dynasty of China. 
  • A Taoist sage of that era Chen Tuan is credited with its origin and development.
  • Parenthood-- Wudang Kung-fu
  • This martial arts is focused on striking, weapons training and Qigong. 
  • The weapons used in this martial arts are staff, broad-sword and straight sword.

The 6 Harmonies and 8 Methods are the guiding principles of Liuhebafa.

The 6 Harmonies :

1. Body and mind combine.
2. Mind and intent combine
3. Intent and Chi combine
4. Chi and Spirit combine
5. Spirit and movement combine
6. Movement and emptiness combine

The 8 Methods :

1. Chi          (qi)
2. Bone       (gu)
3. Shape      (xing)
4. Follow    (sui)
5. Rise        (ti)
6. Return     (huan)
7. Retain     (le)
8. Conceal  (fu)
