Demons in the Bible

Demons are evil spirits that are part of a highly organised satanic kingdom on the earth & in the Heavenlies. This kingdom is ruled by the Satan & has a specific hierarchy of power.

#) The 6 Characteristics of Demons :--

1. The demons we encounter on the earth seem to prefer to inhibit bodies.
2. They often live and work together.
3. They have intellect and will.
4. They vary in level of wickedness.
5. Demons vary in power level and endurance. They require rest & some are only routed through prayer and fasting.
6. They recognise that Jesus Christ is the Son of God & they also can discern if people are legitimately using the authority of Jesus Christ.

#) The 8 Capabilities of Demons :--

1. They can travel.
2. Can cause sickness, physical abnormalities, mental torment, alterations of voice.
3. Can fight with Angels.
4. Can influence human events.
5. Can speak through a person's voice and see through their eyes.
6. Can affect the "state"  of their host person ranging from total possession to periodic influence. They are able to influence the emotions, thoughts and actions of their host toward destruction.
7. Can invigorate people with extraordinary strength.
8. Can decieve people and draw them away from the truth, enticing them by their own desires.

#) The 4 Reasons to Access Humans :--

1. To fulfill Satan's mission of stealing, killing and destroying.
2. They desire a body.
3. God may allow them to access humans to carry out judgement.
4. To oppose God's plans and purposes.

#) The 9 Ways to Access Humans :--

1. Our sin gives them 'legal' right to enter.
2. Curses from sins.
3. Trauma
4. Violated oaths
5. Idle words/ word curses
6. Satanic assignment
7. Judgement
8. Broken spiritual covering
9. Broken faith.

The Concept of Mlecchas in Hinduism

They were unknown to the Vedic culture, not versed in Sanskrit and were out of the Bharatvarsha.
