The manual is designed to be a quick reference for police officers, presenting procedures in a step-by-step fashion in accordance with the most recent requirements of the United States Supreme Court at the time. 

Clandestine Weaponry Seized from a Secret Agent : (Pg #107)

The lower court had received evidence from a government expert in clandestine weaponry that he had secreted a total of 25 weapons on his person.

It included the following :-- 

A scalpel blade, a scalp hook, a hypodermic needle with an attached poison bag, a .22 derringer, a steel needle, chemical mace, a pen gun, a blowgun, a blowgun with poison dart, a knife, a hacksaw blade, a razor blade, a 12-inch steel needle, a poison spray, and a hand grenade.

The Concept of Mlecchas in Hinduism

 Hello Everyone !!! In Vedic era India, all alien cultures that were less civilized were termed as "Mlecchas" or barbarians. They were unknown to the Vedic culture, not versed in Sanskrit and were out of the Bharatvarsha.
