 Hello Everyone !!! Robert Scott Lazar is an American conspiracy theorist and Ufologist. As per Bob Lazar himself, he was hired in late 1980's to reverse-engineer ET technology at a secret site "S-4" near the famous Area-51 site in Nevada (US). According to Lazar, the ET craft ran on anti-matter reactor powered by " Element-115".
