The 14 Street Fighting Techniques :
  1. Bite
  2. Dorsum kick
  3. Edge of hand strike
  4. Elbow strike
  5. Head butt
  6. Heel kick
  7. Knee strike
  8. Palm-heel strike
  9. Punch
  10. Raking
  11. Shin strike
  12. Web of hand strike
  13. Yell
  14. Kick with ball of foot

Tips :
  • Bite deeply into the opponent's flesh and shake your head vigorously. 
  • Never use complex techniques in a street fight as the are too risky or impractical for street combat.
  • Elbow strikes are explosive, deceptive and difficult to defend against.
  • Land punch by making contact with center knuckle.
  • The mind and body must work with each other to defeat the opponent.
  • When striking with palm heel, torque shoulders, hips and foot into the direction of the blow.
  • When using shin strike, always aim through the target.
The 7 Defensive Techniques :
  1. Attacking
  2. Blocking
  3. Distance
  4. Evading 
  5. Mobility
  6. Parrying
  7. Stance
Knockout Pressure Points :

1. Impact KO pressure points :--
These are vital and sensitive anatomical targets that can be struck with the limbs. The can also be struck with various hand-held weapons, like Kubotan, sticks or club.

2. Blood flow KO pressure points :--
When deliberate pressure is applied to these targets, almost immediate unconsciousness can occur.


The 3 Critical Factors of Street Fight :

1. Distance of combat
2. Confrontation type
3. Armed or unarmed


The 3 Hand-grip Strengthening Tips :  

1. Regularly perform forearm and wrist strengthening exercises with free weights.
2. Invest in a good Hand Gripper.
3. Regularly practice striking hard surface with the Kubotan and pay close attention to structural integrity of your grip after delivering the strike.


The 4 Components of Combat Conditioning :

1. Cardio training
2. Muscular flexibility
3. Proper body composition
4. Weight training


The 7 Rules of Power Punching :

1. Don't lock your elbows.
2. Use your 3 "power generators"-- Shoulders, hips, feet.
3. Your line of initiation is your line of retraction.
4. Don't telegraph your punch
5. Keep the wrists straight
6. Tighten the fists on impact
7. Know how to make a proper fist.
