Close Combat Training Tips

Hello Everyone !!! The 3 Tips for Close Combat Training : 1. Change your mindset from victim to a fighter !! 2. Work on the Stamina :-- Training for some moves requires a lot of repetition so as to perfect it. Some exercises to improve stamina are stair running, jogging, rope jump, jumping jacks etc. 3. The KISS Principle :-- KISS (Keep It Simple Silly) must be implemented all the time. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Focus on moves that will highlight speed and quickness. Hello Everyone !!! The 3 KO Types are : 1. Use brute force to knock him out :-- Hit a sensitive spot with brute force. The spots would be chin, temples, top of head, hollow behind ears and back of head. 2. KO by unbearable pain :-- Aim for testicles, shin bone, liver, kidneys and solar plexus.
